Universities can check their subject inclusions in the forthcoming University guide 2012 here (pdf)
This preview is of interest to higher education institutions that expect to appear in the forthcoming University guide 2012, due to be published on 17 May. It shows which subjects each institution will be represented in as well as a list of data values that have been classified as non-credible and therefore excluded from the league tables.
Institutions wishing to query why any of these values have been deemed non-credible, or inform us that their institution needs to be added/removed from a particular subject table, should contact us at university.tables@guardian.co.uk.
Departments will be included in the subject tables if they taught at least 35 full-time first degree students in the academic year 2009/10 and there is sufficient data with which to reliably assess their overall performance. Departments which meet the first criterion but not the second will be listed as "unranked providers".
All queries received by 5pm on 5 May will be considered before the tables are finalised. Please note that this preview is subject to further data validation processes and is liable to change before publication.
